MGK Fires Back At Eminem With The Diss Track Called Rap Devil
Machine Gun Kelly Reveals Why He Made Eminem Diss Track
Machine Gun Kelly surprised Hip Hop fans with his response to Eminem's Kamikaze, in which he dissed the Ohio native amongst a whole slew of other rappers. Many parts of the community insist on the fact that Eminem is likely the last person anyone wants to beef with.
The "Rap Devil" rapper came through to clarify his stance on his latest release. He tweeted a short explanation of why he thought it was important for him to post up against his former idol. He slightly compares their grind while doing so.
"im standing up for not just myself, but my generation. im doing the same shit you did back in ur day. life is still real on my side, and i had to take time from the grind to defend myself from someone i called an idol. love, Rap Devil."
Machine Gun Kelly put down the champagne bottle to hop in the studio and start the festivities, going in on Eminem in his latest record, “Rap Devil.” The name is obviously influenced by Em’s memorable “Rap God” track but a few bars in, you can tell that MGK is directing his energy at one man only, his former idol Eminem. Without any notice, Kells came through with some scorching fire.
"Knees weak of old age, The Real Slim Shady can't stand up"
MGK coming for Eminem's neck πππ₯
MGK destroyed @eminem in this 5min diss, no filler no bs just slowly dissected him ππ€―
Eminem vs machine gun kelly
can’t wait to hear Eminem’s response because mgk killed it
The mgk Eminem diss track actually wasn't bad but man I can't wait to see what's about to happenππ
I just love how MGK doesn't give a single fuck about anybody's opinion. Say what you want about him but it takes some fucking Guts to diss Eminem.
This MGK diss is pretty much everything we could’ve asked him to do. He says sentiments that people have felt for a while, tea/drama, and a little wordplay in there too. Can’t count it as a victory yet because Eminem’s was more a warning shot. But MGK brought smoke π€·πΎ♂️
You have to be a liar to not admit that MGK killed Eminem on that diss track though
Anyone who calls MGK's diss track to Eminem "weak" doesn't know what he's saying.
MGK came through with some heatπ₯
After Eminem called out Machine Gun Kelly on the Kamikaze track “Not Alike,” MGK is back with a diss track aimed at his former “idol.”
Titled “Rap Devil,” the roughly five-minute song finds MGK laying into Em over Shady’s 2013 track “Rap God.”
From jabs about his sobriety and “weird beard” to accusations Em tried to have Paul Rosenberg shelve MGK’s career, the Cleveland-bred rapper goes into full-on battle mode.
“Tough talk from a rapper paying millions for security a year,” he raps. “I think my dad’s gone crazy,’ yeah Hailie you right/Dad’s always mad cooped up in the studio yelling at the mic/You’re sober and bored, huh (I know)/About to be 46 years old, dog.”
MGK addressed his decision to release the track via Twitter on Monday morning (September 3) and insinuated it was his responsibility to defend an entire generation of rappers.
